# coding_not_enabled

> Coding is not enabled for the organisation, its Chat does not run in komplai's EU cloud with an approved setup, or the key's person is not assigned Chat.

HTTP status: 403

## What to do

Ask your organisation's administrator for access to Chat. komplai turns coding on for the organisation; the administrator can contact komplai about it.
