ner_location_unavailable

HTTP status: 503 Service Unavailable

What happened

The NER place cannot be used now: komplai has not switched it on for the API, or it did not answer. nerDeployment names the place. NER never moves to another place; GET /v1/access shows which places are available.

What to do

Choose a place that GET /v1/access lists as available, or leave nerDeployment out.

A text job can also end with this code. The job's status then carries it in the field error.

Every response carries a Request-Id header, and an error body repeats it as request_id. Quote it when you ask komplai about a call.
