ner_model_preview_required

HTTP status: 403 Forbidden

What happened

The NER model in nerModel is a preview. It needs your organisation's Redact preview, which an organisation integration key does not have.

What to do

Choose a stable NER model from GET /v1/access, or leave nerModel out.

A text job can also end with this code. The job's status then carries it in the field error.

Every response carries a Request-Id header, and an error body repeats it as request_id. Quote it when you ask komplai about a call.
