ner_model_unavailable

HTTP status: 400 Bad Request

What happened

The NER model in nerModel is retired or does not run at the chosen place. A model other than the default also needs detectors.

What to do

Choose a model that GET /v1/access lists for that place, or leave nerModel out.

A text job can also end with this code. The job's status then carries it in the field error.

Every response carries a Request-Id header, and an error body repeats it as request_id. Quote it when you ask komplai about a call.
