What happened

The reasoning effort komplai set for this EU language model in Redact is not one the model accepts on your organisation's EU route. Nothing was sent to the model, and the API does not send another effort.

What to do

Name another model in the meantime, and tell komplai the request_id.

A text job can also end with this code. The job's status then carries it in the field error.
